Here comes the March: the movies you'd love to watch (Part 3)

The third part of March release list is here! From the previous second list, seems like "Battle: Los Angeles" has taken over the top spot of weekly box office, while "Red Riding Hood" comes in third, but unfortunately "Mars Needs Mom" has a rough start. "Jane Eyre" might wasn't a blast on the box office, but it surely received praised and positive reactions from the critics. Not any of these movies have arrived in Indonesia yet, so I can't give you my personal opinion (I'm still doubting if I would still able to watch them though. How sad is that?). OK now let's continue to the list of movies that are going to be released next week!

"Limitless"
Starring: Bradley Cooper, Abbie Cornish, Robert DeNiro
Directed by: Neil Burger
Genre: Action thriller
Release date: March 18

Eddie Morra (Bradley Cooper) is an unemployed writer whose girlfriend Lindy (Abbie Cornish) breaks up with him. Eddie believes he has no future, but when a friend introduces him to the experimental drug NZT, Eddie becomes highly focused and highly confident. He is able to recall everything he has read, heard, or seen, and he uses the knowledge to become successful in the financial world. Business mogul Carl Van Loon (Robert De Niro) sees Eddie as a potential tool to make money, but Eddie's success also attracts hitmen who pursue him for the NZT. Eddie's stash dwindles, causing him side effects, as he tries to escape being assassinated.

Here comes the March: the movies you'd love to watch (Part 2)

The list of March's most likely awaited movies is continued! I already wrote the first part, and here are the movies which will be released next week: science fiction "Battle: Los Angeles", Disney comedy Mars Needs Moms, teen romance thriller "Red Riding Hood", and novel adapted drama "Jane Eyre".

"Battle: Los Angeles"
Starring: Aaron Eckhart, Ramon Rodriguez, Cory Hardict
Director: Jonathan Liebesman
Genre: Action science fiction
Release date: March 11

For years, there have been documented cases of UFO sightings around the world - Buenos Aires, Seoul, France, Germany, China. But in 2011, what were once just sightings will become a terrifying reality when Earth is attacked by unknown forces. As people everywhere watch the world's great cities fall, Los Angeles becomes the last stand for mankind in a battle no one expected. It's up to a Marine Staff Sergeant (Aaron Eckhart) and his new platoon to draw a line in the sand as they take on an enemy unlike any they've ever encountered before.

Here comes the March: the movies you'd love to watch (Part 1)

I'm actually still ranting that there's still no further negotiations between Indonesian government and MPA about the tax problem — which means there's no possibility for me (and other Indonesian movie freak) to watch foreign movies next month. I have no capability in making the tax rules (I'm just a movie blogger, that's all), but I'm hoping MPA will finally agree to pay the taxes.

But I won't stop writing for this blog, so I'm going to give you some previews of movies coming out next month! February is almost over, and unfortunately not much going on in it. "I Am Number Four" and "Justin Bieber: Never Say Never" might be the biggest blasts, but according to many writings I've read, we haven't found the 'it movie' of 2011 so far.

Here are the movies that you might want to watch in March, most of them with the wide/ international release. Inside this part one of the list, you'll find Matt Damon's action thriller "The Adjustment Bureau", the modern version of "Beauty and the Beast", "Beastly", Johnny Depp's transformation into an ugly chameleon in "Rango", and all-star cast comedy "Take Me Home Tonight".
